  ordered over internet, after waiting half n hour for conformation email,didnt receive anything so called in a bilston branch who knew nothing about the order and told me to call head office, there i spoke to a dunce who said he would call bilston and tell them to send the order out, waited another half an hour and called bilston again who then said they hadnt received a call and couldnt send the order out .....very unhappy with service so iv now had to pay twice for one pizza....Bad!!

  It clearly says on there website buy one get one free on collection i asked this when placing my order on the phone aswell got there and they said its only buy one get one free if you order over £15 how does that even make sense? What an absolute joke won't be going there again.
